When the Weather Outside is Frightful, Head to Disney!

Disneyland and Walt Disney World are always magical places to be. No matter what time of the year, these places always give you a wonderful feeling. Even if you have been a thousand times during the summer, the off-seasons of Winter, Spring, and Fall offer a completely different experience for kids and kids at heart.

Holiday Themes

Disney has various Christmas events scheduled throughout the parks will make even the grumpiest Scrooge smile. Not only do your favorite characters dress up in their winter/Christmas costumes, the streets are decked out with boughs of holly, snow, and other beautiful decorations; there are also Christmas parades, and, of course, the fantastic fireworks at night.

Gloat in Comfort

There is a reason that the next town over from Orlando is called Winter Springs, and California is the home of the Beach Boys’ “Surfin’ USA.” It is still warm and sunny in the off-season, with fewer crowds. The temperatures are a little bit cooler than they are during the high season too, allowing you to sweat less and play more.

Events and Tours

There are also special events and tours that are offered only during the winter season. Grab the opportunity while they offer it. Also, look out for promos that are only available during the cold weather that you should check out just before you leave. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy them!

Here at DVC Land, we will make sure that you have a terrific stay in Disneyland and Walt Disney World, no matter what season of the year it is. Don’t know what to do with your unused Disney Vacation Club points? Call us and we will tell you how you can put them to good use.
