Calling All Baseball Fans! Spring Training with Disney
Baseball is the great American pastime, and what better way to celebrate your love of the sport than with a trip to Spring Training? The Atlanta Braves will be holding their Spring Training at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex from early March through early April this year. Here of some of the highlights you can expect to see as the Braves play against other teams in the Grapefruit League.
Meet the Players.
Unlike during the regular season, spectators have more opportunities to interact with the players during Spring Training. This is not just an event for Atlanta Braves fans. Check out the schedule to see when they’ll be playing one of your favorite teams. Then pack your gear to get an autograph (and don’t forget your camera)!

It wouldn’t be a Disney vacation without an appearance by your favorite Disney characters. Look for Mickey in his Atlanta Braves uniform, and watch for other characters on the field and in the stands. Disney brings a little of their own special magic to each game.
Get Out on the Field.
To make the game even more memorable, kids get the chance to come down to the field and run the bases before the end of the evening. They’ll surely be excited to run in the footsteps of the pros! It’s also a great way for them to burn off some energy after sitting still for so long.
