Is it likely that every Disney resort will have rooms with views available throughout the entire year?

We recommend that you plan your vacation as far in advance as possible in order to better your chances for your ideal villa! Many factors do play a role in determining if such rooms are available at certain times of the year. Such factors that might affect availability are the time of year, holidays, special events, and size of the resort.

Can I use the Disney’s Magical Express service when booking with DVC Land?

Yes! We would be happy to book this service for you! If you know your airline and flight numbers, you can book the Magical Express through us up to 45 days prior to arrival. You can also provide that information to us at a later date and we will arrange it with Member Services.
